Woman, 33, avoids jail for breaching Asbo to visit 90-year-old ‘sugar daddy’

A 33-year-old prostitute has managed to avoid a jail term after she broke her Asbo six times so she could visit a 90-year-old war veteran she calls her “sugar daddy”.

Terri-Lee Pearce was hauled before the courts after she was accused of fleecing thousands of pounds from pensioner Allan Thipthorpe.

Pearce was originally given an Asbo in 2013 preventing her from visiting his council flat in Swindon but she visited six times between July and August this year.

Ex-serviceman Thipthorpe insists that Pearce was simply acting as his carer, but she has now been given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

She must also complete a drug rehabilitation order and pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Mr Thipthorpe previously said of the Asbo: “This is just a load of nastiness. The council don’t want you to enjoy yourself. I can do what I like, it’s my money.

“Blokes like ladies who are a bit cheesy and the ladies don’t. It’s jealousy. She’s young and she’s got nice legs.

“I’ve not got long to go, have I? I’m still attracted to ladies. I got that young girl to try to do me a job as, you know, my carer. I think I’m entitled to that.”

Admissions: The ex-serviceman alleged that he had had a sexual relationship with Pearce (SWNS)

Pearce has previously claimed her relationship with Mr Thipthorpe was not sexual but admitted in court that he was her “sugar daddy” and received money to “help with the cleaning”.

She also admitted she had been with the OAP when he made several large cash withdrawals, but insisted they were payment for her services as a carer.
