A woman was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of attempted burglary at the school Prince George attends in London.

London police tweeted a statement shortly after the incident at Thomas' Battersea School in south London. The 40-year-old, who was not identified by name, "gained access to its premises," according to officials.

"We are working with the school, which is attended by His Royal Highness Prince George, to review its security arrangements after the incident," police said. "Police were alerted and officers attended immediately after the issue came to light."

Prince George, the four-year-old son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, began attending the private school just last week.
