The Hindustan Times reports the two men were cleaning windows on the 13th storey of the building when they plunged to their death.

It is understood the pair had been hired by a private company and had not been wearing any safety gear at the time of the fall.

“The private firm was given a contract to clean the glass. When their bodies were found, the two were not wearing any safety gear,” a police officer told the Hindustan Times.
