Woodbine Mohawk Park again hosted its much-anticipated annual Winter Wonderland & Market, bringing seasonal joy to visitors of all ages. The event, which featured free admission and parking, transformed the venue into a magical space for families to enjoy.
The Winter Wonderland & Market showcased many family-friendly activities, making it an ideal destination for a fun day. With 35 local vendors and crafters, the event provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to explore unique offerings and find exceptional holiday gifts. The festivities included engaging kids' activities and entertainment, featuring a magician, crafts, roaming characters, face painting, and more.
Sponsored by the Central Ontario Standardbred Association, the Standardbred Education Zone added an educational element to the event, offering insights into the world of standardbred horses. Attendees also had the chance to participate in a 50/50 draw, with proceeds supporting the event and its associated causes.
Food and beverages were available for purchase, allowing attendees to indulge in seasonal treats while enjoying the holiday light show around the racetrack. As part of the community spirit, visitors were encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation and the Miracle on Main Street, Milton.
