Taylor Sheridan's new show Landman starring Billy Bob Thornton and Jon Hamm has confirmed a release date and shared a first trailer.
Co-created by the Yellowstone boss, Landman is set in present-day West Texas, digging deeper into the world of oil rigs and analysing the impact this fortune-seeking game has on the environment and economy.
Based on the podcast Boomtown by Christian Wallace, the series is set to premiere its first two episodes on Paramount+ in the UK, US and other markets on November 18. The remaining eight episodes will debut weekly on the streamer.

Landman features Thornton as Tommy Norris, a crisis executive at an oil company. Heroes' Ali Larter stars as Angela Norris, Tommy's ex-wife, while Michelle Randolph plays their teen daughter Ainsley.
Hamm has a recurring role as Monty Miller, an oil tycoon with a long professional and personal relationship to Thornton's Tommy, while Demi Moore plays Tommy's wife Cami Miller.
Ant-Man's Michael Peña also guest stars as oil rig worker Armando, with Andy Garcia appearing in the role of Galino.

The cast is rounded out by Joker 2's Jacob Lofland, Yellowstone's James Jordan, Nashville's Mark Collie, Fate: The Winx Saga's Paulina Chávez and Kayla Wallace, whose acting credits include The Good Doctor and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist.
