New York City to require proof of vaccination for indoor dining, gyms

New York City businesses will soon be required to ask customers to show proof of vaccination before they’re allowed inside restaurants, gyms and entertainment facilities. The move comes as about 45 per cent of the city’s population remains unvaccinated and case counts are rising due to the delta variant.
