YouTuber Jake Paul appeared to start an online feud with former One Direction member turned solo star Zayn Malik over the weekend – and Gigi Hadid is having none of it.

Both Jake and Zayn attended the Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder match in Las Vegas on Saturday (February 22) night, which was followed up on Sunday by Jake posting two (now-deleted) tweets in which he claimed Zayn was rude to him.

Jake wrote (according to CNN): "almost had to clap up zane from 1 direction because he is a little guy and has an attitude and basically told me to f**k off for no reason when I was being nice to him....

"zane ik you’re reading this... stop being angry cause u came home alone to ur big a** hotel room hahaha."

He added: "bro he literally started yelling and freaking the f**k out. 'you wanna test me mate'. lol I feel bad for childhood stars."

Zayn rarely uses social media, but the tweets did catch the attention of his girlfriend, Gigi.

She responded to Jake's tweet directly, writing: "Lol cause he doesn’t care to hang w you and your embarrassing crew of YouTube groupies ..? Home alone with his best friends like a respectful king cause he has me, sweetie. Unbothered by your irrelevant ugly ass. Go to bed ..."

But it seems that the feud between the trio may be over already.

Today (February 24), Jake tweeted to his followers: "someone needs to take my phone when i’m drunk because I am a f**king idiot."

Last year, Jake Paul married fellow highly-paid 'influencer' Tana Mongeau in a legally questionable ceremony in Vegas, but in January they announced that they were taking a "break".
