Macron wants Ukraine's EU accession talks to start 'by end of month'

French President Emmanuel Macron said Friday that he wanted Kyiv's EU accession talks to start "by the end of the month" as he hosted Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky for discussions in Paris.
