At this point in time, we can all confidently agree that Zendaya and red carpets are magnetic. And with the Dune: Part Two press tour fully underway, Zendaya’s method dressing for the red carpet is in full force, and each outfit is serving. Her latest and greatest look is the definition of futuristic finesse and it features an ultra cropped top.

On February 6, Zendaya attended the Dune: Part Two film premiere in Mexico City wearing a chocolate brown custom Bottega Veneta turtleneck crop top that showed off her midriff and subtly highlighted a little underboob.

The look, styled by Zendaya's stylist, the iconic Law Roach, was perfectly paired with a croc-banded maxi skirt with exposed pockets and a long side slit. Finally, brown Christian Louboutin heels elevated the ‘fit. Not only is the look ahead of the curve (pun intended), but its palette makes it perfect for Arrakis, the main planet in Dune.

Not that the crop top trend ever went away, but this outfit casually brought it back where it rightfully belongs — under the spotlight. Zendaya has a history of elevating the crop top by sporting it on the red carpet.

Notably, also in Mexico City during a photo call Zendaya wore a custom look by London-based brand Torishéju (marking the brand’s red carpet debut!), also styled by Law and based on look seven from the designer’s spring/summer 2024 show. Luckily for us, Law even posted some BTS of that look.

Aside from the film’s press tour red carpets, Zendaya already managed to break the internet only two months into this year when she made an appearance at the Schiaparelli haute couture show. The style trendsetter wore a slim-fitting black maxi pencil skirt with a unique Schiaparelli black long-sleeved top. Even her accompanying micro-bangs were the talk of the town. Safe to say that everyone was a fan including her boyfriend, Tom Holland who posted a video of the Dune star arriving at Daniel Roseberry's show with Gym Class Heroes' song “Cupid's Chokehold.” This is just more proof the world is Zendaya’s runway, and we are all just living for what outfit she wears next.
