Halifax Water pickup truck hits pedestrian
A man in his 30s is in hospital with undetermined injuries after being hit by a Halifax Water truck Tuesday afternoon.
Halifax police say they were called around 1:44 p.m. to the corner of Cowie Hill and Limerick roads in Halifax.
A man got off a Halifax Transit bus and tried to cross the street in front of the bus when he was struck by the pick up truck travelling in the same direction as the bus.
He was not in a crosswalk at the time and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Halifax police say no charges have been laid, but the investigation continues.
