Unlicensed massage therapist charged with sex assault
An unlicensed massage therapist has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a west Ottawa spa on Monday.
The woman had purchased an online coupon for the spa, according to Ottawa police.
Quan Kai Chen, 54, was charged with a single count of sexual assault.
Chen is described as a thin man,standing five feet, eight inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He also has black hair and dark eyes.
Police said Chen has been released from custody on conditions and he is scheduled to appear in court on September 8.
Police believe there could be other victims and they are asking them to come forward.
