1 man dead after shooting in Calgary's Forest Lawn neighbourhood Saturday night
One man is dead after a shooting occurred in the southeast Calgary neighbourhood of Forest Lawn on Saturday night.
The Calgary Police Service was called just before 10 p.m. Saturday to the 5200 block of Memorial Drive S.E. about reports of shots fired.
Police arrived to find a man in his 30s on the street in medical distress. Despite efforts of first responders, he died at the scene, said a police news release.
The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is investigating it as a suspicious death, stated the release
Police say an autopsy is scheduled for March 29.
