Teenage girl found unconscious in Brossard park

Illegal drugs seized from St-Hubert home daycare

Police are investigating after a 15-year-old girl was found unconscious early Sunday morning in a park in Brossard on Montreal's South Shore.

Longueuil police spokesperson Mark David said the teenager was taken to hospital and was in the process waking up Sunday afternoon.

He said investigators aren't ruling out anything at the moment but say no signs of violence were detected.

David said the girl's parents were notified and joined her at the hospital.

She was found by a passerby at 6:15 a.m. in Sorbonne Park, which is situated in a residential area.

Investigators were at the scene Sunday trying to determine exactly what happened.
