Grab your yoga ball and get ready to destroy your abs with this 5-minute workout. Yoga balls allow you to have a much greater range of motion during ab exercises which means more muscle growth! So if you don't have one, I highly recommend buying one. We have 5 different exercises for 1 minute each with no rest in between. If you are up for a challenge do this workout twice through. Make sure to engage your core and breath. You want to inhale during the easier part of the exercise and exhale during the more difficult part. You got this!
