Hollyoaks reaches a major milestone next week, as the Channel 4 soap celebrates its 25th year on air.
To mark the occasion, Hollyoaks is lining up a killer twist, a shock return and some nasty surprises for the village's loudest family. Here's a full collection of the biggest moments to watch out for:
1. Juliet targets Ella
Juliet will make her darkest move yet next week when she blackmails young Ella into working for Victor.
Having been ordered by Victor to recruit a new dealer, Juliet's plan initially backfires when Ella refuses to work for her.
As a result, Juliet gets nasty and threatens her family. She also films Ella giving drugs to Charlie, meaning she's trapped.
With Ella now firmly backed into a corner, Sid is disgusted with Juliet for involving the schoolgirl. Sadly, Sid is outnumbered when Victor warns him to keep his opinions to himself, and Juliet takes Victor's side against his.
2. Yazz fights for her future with Tom
Tom's fears over his relationship with Yazz are very much still present next week, as he comes to the sad realisation that their lives are heading in very different directions.
As Tom and Yazz talk about their future, they realise that they don't want the same things and Tom thinks they should break up.
Yazz, on the other hand, refuses to let Tom break up with her and vows to make him see sense.
3. Sylver is arrested
The McQueens' bad dream will turn into a full blown nightmare next week, as the mystery blackmailer continues to make their life a misery.
With the countdown on for the clan to pay up – or one of their secrets is revealed – Sylver realises that the first sin of 'wrath' must be about him killing Breda.
Desperate for Sylver not to go back to prison, Mercedes asks James for the money to pay the blackmailer, as compensation for shooting her last year.
James pays up and Sylver breathes a sigh of relief, until PC Kiss turns up to arrest him for Breda's murder.
4. Tony and Diane are heartbroken over their divorce
As Verity and Sami start the mediation for Tony and Diane's divorce, the former couple's heartbreak is palpable.
Although Diane wants to take things slowly, a scheming Edward pushes Tony to speed things up.
Admitting defeat, a devastated Tony tearfully gives Diane the application for divorce, before taking off his wedding ring.
5. Tony gets an intriguing message
In the wake of the devastating breakdown of his marriage. Tony is intrigued to find a bunch of flowers and a message from 'the love of his life' instructing him to go to The Hutch the following day.
Although Darren tries to help him guess who it could be, suggesting exes such as Ruth and Julie, Tony is still holding out hope that it could be Diane – she's the only love of his life.
As Tony prepares to meet his mystery visitor, all becomes clear...
6. Mercedes wants to meet the blackmailer
The McQueens' blackmail story will come to a head in next week's gripping anniversary episodes, when the devilish doll urges the family to guess who the blackmailer is. If the guess is wrong, the family members are warned that the consequences will be severe.
As the doll watches on, the McQueens frantically try to analyse the seven sins – and who else's secrets could be about to be revealed.
Having been given until noon to figure out who the blackmailer is, Mercedes refuses to be threatened and decides that she wants to meet them – wearing her signature red dress.
Mercedes is determined to tackle the situation head on, but as they party away their worries, someone is watching them all very closely...
7. Sparks fly between Theresa and Joel
Joel gets flustered when he bumps into his ex Theresa, who is now back in the village.
While it's clear there's still an attraction between them, Joel stays loyal to Goldie and warns Theresa not to ruin his future with her. Will she listen?
8. Kurt is back
It's true! After 22 years of being presumed dead, it turns out that Kurt is alive – and pretty well, too.
As Tony ponders whether to attend his mystery date, a motorbike roars into the village, with the biker walking across into The Hutch.
When Tony arrives at the restaurant, he's gobsmacked to see his old, dead friend Kurt Benson standing in front of him, while Darren, Mandy and Cindy are all equally shocked to see him very much alive.
Kurt's quick to catch them up on what's really going on with him – but who died in the jet ski accident instead?
9. Yazz pops the question
Determined to prove her love to Tom, Yazz comes up with a way to affirm her commitment to him forever.
As Darren escorts Tom through the village, Yazz unveils her big romantic gesture – a recorded video love letter, featuring every inhabitant of Hollyoaks village.
Tom is overwhelmed by Yazz's surprise, feeling a real sense of belonging – despite having lost so many people that he loved over the years.
Finally opening up, Tom admits that he's scared of loving and losing Yazz too. Reassuring him, Yazz promises that he won't lose her and pops the question. Does this mean that flashforward wedding mystery has been solved?
Hollyoaks currently airs new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look screenings at 7pm on E4. Classic episodes, titled Hollyoaks Favourites, air on Fridays at 7pm on E4.
