Acadie Siding woman dies after crash with tractor-trailer

An Acadie Siding woman is dead after a collision with a tractor-trailer Wednesday morning.

The 47-year old's vehicle collided with the truck as she attempted a left turn on highway 126 in Acadie Siding, according to a press release from the RCMP.

Cst. Monique Simpson says the accident occurred just before 8:00 a.m.

The truck driver did not sustain any injuries.

Police say the investigation is ongoing but poor weather conditions may have been a factor.
