Work begins on apartment complex in far north Fort Worth, part of master-planned community

Work has begun on a 445-unit apartment complex in far north Fort Worth, Raleigh, North Carolina-based Woodfield Development announced.

The $101 million, 15-acre development at Roaring River Road and Texas 114 is part of a 47-acre master-planned community known as Traditions at Northwest Village. It will include rental homes, restaurants, shops and a park.

The apartment complex, called Northwest Village, will be spread across a five-story and four-story building. Prices will range from $1,400 to $2,995. Five townhomes will be available starting at $3,300 a month.

Amenities include two swimming pools, a coworking space with private conference rooms and individual offices, a fitness center with group fitness and yoga rooms and a game room with a golf simulator and indoor putting green.

Woodfield Development said the first apartments should be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
