Summer is here, and between new seasons of "The Bear" and upcoming movie premieres like "Oppenheimer" and "Barbie," it's been an exciting season for new releases. Among the many streaming services with debuts this summer is Paramount+.

How can you sign up for Paramount+?

You can sign up for Paramount+ for as low as $5.99/month for the Essential tier, which will give you access to an ad-enabled version of the Paramount+ catalog. If you prefer to watch without ads, you can subscribe for $11.99/month and get access to Paramount+ with Showtime. CBS All Access subscribers will be automatically rolled over into the Paramount+ subscription and have access to the full catalog of content.

Paramount+ is home to a huge variety of shows, films and series, like Yellowstone spinoffs "1883" and "1923" and much more. Additionally, with the addition of Showtime to the streaming service's catalog, you can watch series like "Yellowjackets" and more with your subscription.

1. 'iCarly' season 3

Streaming June 1

The "iCarly" reboot is in full swing, with the third season of the hit series already underway after a cliffhanger at the end of the second season. Starring much of the original series' cast, including Miranda Cosgrove, Nathan Cress, Jerry Trainor and Lacy Mosley, the reboot picks up nine years after the hit 2007 series left off, with Carly (Cosgrove) navigating her adult life in Seattle. Cress and Trainor also reprise their roles from the original series.

2. 'Joe Pickett' season 2

Streaming June 4

Starring Michael Dorman as Joe Pickett alongside Julianna Guill, Chad Rook and more, "Joe Pickett" is the story of a game warden living in Wyoming (near to Yellowstone National Park) who becomes increasingly involved with the community he's moved to. The first season of the series debuted on Spectrum in 2021, so fans that have been waiting a while for the follow-up can get caught up at the series' new home at Paramount+.

3. 'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' season 2

Streaming June 15

"Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" has emerged as one of the most beloved "Star Trek" series in recent years, with a stellar cast and characters familiar to the original 1960s "Star Trek." The prequel story follows the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise in its earlier iterations, including beloved characters Spock (Ethan Peck) and Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding). The second season of the series has already taken off, but if you want to get caught up ahead of the season finale on August 17, 2023, you can start watching on Paramount+.

4. 'Aftersun'

Streaming July 1

Thanks to the merger of Paramount+ and Showtime, you can catch a wider array of films and series on Paramount+, including recent films like "Aftersun," starring Paul Mescal and Frankie Corio. The film, which earned Mescal an Oscar nomination for Best Actor, follows the journey of an 11-year-old and her young father as they take a trip to Turkey together.

5. 'Special Ops: Lioness'

Streaming July 23

Featuring an all-star cast that includes Zoe Saldaña, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman and more, "Special Ops: Lionness" follows CIA operative Joe (Saldaña) as she navigates the ins and outs of the Lioness program, run by Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman). The two-episode premiere debuts on July 23, with new episodes out on Sundays.

6. 'Zoey 102'

Streaming July 27

Another Nickelodeon reboot is in the works at Paramount+. "Zoey 102" will follow up on the events of "Zoey 101," bringing back Jamie Lynn Spears as Zoey, Sean Flynn as Chase Matthews, Christopher Massey as Michael Barrett, Erin Sanders as Quinn Pensky, Matthew Underwood as Logan Reese and more in a feature-length film event. The sequel takes place at Logan and Quinn's wedding, as the PCA crew reunite to celebrate their friends.
