Horse in stable plays babysitter

A horse is a horse of course of course unless that horse also doubles as a babysitter. A YouTube video shows just how nurturing a horse can be, as it gently rocks an infant in a baby car chair.

The video is shot inside a stable, where the horse’s head can be seen reaching out from its stall. Outside the stall, a baby in a red jumpsuit coos and grunts in front of a bail of hay.

The horse, whose name is Donato, stares at the baby for a moment and then uses its fluttering lips to push the car chair by its handle. As the chair rocks back and forth, the baby’s coos get louder.

The horse waits several seconds and then nudges the chair’s handle with its chin. After a few moments of rocking, it goes for the handle again, this time with its nose. The whole time, baby appears to be content and continues to make noises until the video ends. Can a diaper changing and bottle-feeding horse be too far behind?
