Kevin Smith comforts daughter with 'Sorry Men Suck' cake

Harley Quinn Smith, star of upcoming film ‘Yoga Hosers’ and daughter of director Kevin Smith, was chilling outside a Starbucks in her neighborhood in California when two men in a vehicle approached her, claiming to be her Uber and trying to convince her to get into their vehicle.

“They didn’t have the Uber app on their phone and were clearly just two disgusting dudes trying to kidnap a girl standing on her own,” she wrote in an Instagram post, adding she was too shaken up to remember to take down the license plate or car model.

“Protect yourself and never ever get in a car without checking that it’s the correct car first!!!” she urged her followers.

A few hours later, the young Smith posted a photo of a delicious looking cake aptly decorated to read ‘Sorry Men Suck.’

“Just when I was about to lose faith in humanity after almost being kidnapped today, my dad got me this cake and made me remember that some people, like himself, make the world a lot better :)” the caption read.
