Selena Gomez is the latest starlet to show off her new hair on Twitter this week.

Rihanna gave followers a first look at her fresh barnet over the weekend when she shared shots of her black tresses on Twitter.

Selena Gomez has also taken to the site to give us a look at her longer locks.

The actress has been filming her movie, Spring Breakers with Vanessa Hudgens and James Franco, in which four college gals end up in jail after robbing a restaurant. A drug and arms dealer bails them out but wants them to do his dirty work in return.

Now that Selena Gomez has wrapped shooting that movie, she's updated her look.

She tweeted that her new hair is for the next movie. No rest for the pretty.

The teen sensation shared another picture this morning of her new hair plus her pooch Chippers.

Selena Gomez looked like she was enjoying the break after her busy weekend.

The 19-year-old attended the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and picked up two awards. She was named Favourite Female Singer and Favourite TV actress.

We hope Selena Gomez gets to rest a bit before she throws herself into her next project. Perhaps boyfriend Justin Bieber could pamper her for the day? Just saying.
