There was something missing from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's reboot last year – zombies.

Black Ops Cold War will feature the staple zombie-killing mode all avid CoD fans will be familiar with when it launches in November.

After an extremely brief teaser, Activision has confirmed that we will be getting the full reveal tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30.

Unlike the Black Ops reveal itself, which took place inside the free battle royale mode Warzone, reports seem to indicate that the Zombies reveal for Cold War will be taking place on the Pawn Takes Pawn teaser website.

The website was launched back in August and it was used to hint towards the upcoming Black Ops game.

How to watch the Zombies mode reveal live

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombie Mode reveal will be taking place Wednesday, September 30 at 6pm BST.

You can tune in here on the official YouTube channel, or we believe it might be broadcast on the special Pawn Takes Pawn website Activision set up.

From the brief teaser we've already seen, it looks like the Zombies mode will be taking place underground in some sort of bunker.

No-doubt those pesky Soviet scientists went a bit too far and ended up creating ravenous zombies... but at the moment it remains unclear if the mode will follow some sort of overarching narrative.

From October 15, there will be a multiplayer beta taking place for those who have pre-ordered the game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be released on November 13 on PS4, Xbox and PC. Pre-order it here on Xbox.
