Canadian National Railway makes new contract offer to Teamsters union

(Reuters) - Canadian National Railway said on Thursday it has made a new contract offer to the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) union, in an attempt to avert a strike.

The new offer includes 3% wage increase in 2024 and 2.5% increase in 2025, along with higher pay rate for any work more than 10 hours in a shift.
