Company culture continues to be an important factor for employee happiness, over the last year, tech and entertainment companies seemed to have the edge in keeping their employees content.
Comparably, a website that compiles job listings and company culture information, released its annual ranking of companies with the best long-term outlook based on employee feedback given between February 2022 and February 2023.
According to Comparably, tens of thousands of workers anonymously ranked their employers to contribute to the ratings.

Many of the largest companies remain consistently popular with their employees, though the exact rankings bounce around a little from year to year.
Adobe, Google, HubSpot and Microsoft have all been in the top 50 largest companies with the best outlook since the first rankings were published six years ago.
Topgolf had the most improved employee sentiment compared to last year's survey, moving from No.24 the year prior to No. five. Chewy and ADP also moved up, from 12 to first place and eight to second place, respectively.
