A judge has approved Christine Quinn's request for a temporary restraining order against her husband Christian Dumontet.

The former Selling Sunset star's request was initially filed on March 26, following an alleged domestic violence incident involving Dumontet and their toddler son, Christian George. Dumontet was arrested twice the week prior in connection with the conflict.

The temporary restraining order for "domestic violence prevention" was approval by a judge on March 28 and states that Dumontet will need to vacate their shared Hollywood home where the alleged conflict took place.

The filing also demands he turn over login information for the home's security systems, including the front gate, which Quinn accused him of locking down to keep her and their son at the property. It also forbids him from coming within 100 yards (300 feet) of her, her home, her vehicle, her job, or their child’s “school or childcare.”

The order is in effect until a hearing scheduled for April 17.

PEOPLE reached out to Dumontet's attorneys, but did not immediately recieve a reply. They previously had no comment on Quinn's filing. Dumontet filed a request for a temporary restraining order of his own against Quinn on March 25.

The LAPD confirmed to PEOPLE that Dumontet was first arrested at the couple's home on the afternoon of March 19 after he allegedly threw a bag with a glass bottle inside at the star. He missed her but hit their son, who was treated by paramedics, police said.

He was charged with assault with a "deadly weapon," according to a statement from law enforcement.  Dumontet's restraining order filing claims "there was no glass in the bag,"

The following day he was arrested for a second time at their home after allegedly violating an emergency protective order that had been put in place.
