Corrie's Kevin Webster angers Abi in Steve's dating storyline

Coronation Street's Kevin Webster will upset his wife Abi next week, as the couple are drawn into Steve McDonald's online dating plot.
Since Steve's wife Tracy ended their marriage and moved to Spain with her new partner, former footballer Tommy Orpington, Steve has been trying to build his confidence and get back into the dating game.
In scenes that will air on Monday, April 29, an upbeat Steve chats in the cab office with Tim Metcalfe and reveals that since he joined the new dating site that Abi recommended, he's had three matches.

Later, in the café, Steve shows Abi and Kevin a picture of his potential new date, Maggie. But when Kevin makes sexist remarks about Maggie, angry Abi storms out.
A delighted Steve is soon telling Tim that Maggie has agreed to meet him for lunch in the Bistro - is Steve's romantic luck finally changing?
And could Kevin and Abi be facing marital trouble over Kevin's thoughtless comments?

Steve star Simon Gregson recently suggested that he would love to see his character get back into the dating game and make some changes to his lifestyle.
He also spoke about who Steve might end up being paired with next, saying that "anyone will do" and adding that "at this point in Steve's life he'd be lucky to have anybody!"
The actor added that Steve has been "devastated" over being betrayed by both his wife and his footballing idol, saying: "He's just so upset that his idol has done this to him. I think there's so much going on at once that he's not properly put it together yet."
