Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed 'Twin' Pilar Cysts Straight From A Man's Head
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a massive bump on his head.
It turns out the bump holds two large pilar cysts under the surface of the skin.
Dr. Pimple Popper slices into his head and squeezes out one and then a matching pilar cyst to give her patient his own set of "twins."
Who asked for more pops on Mondays? Well, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper heard you loud and clear. She has another satisfying pop all set for viewing and a few tricks hiding up her lab coat sleeve. Her latest patient has a massive lump on his scalp and is in need of TLC.
What's under the bump remains a mystery, for now. Dr. Pimple Popper gives a hint in the caption: "You’re not seeing double! That’s just a two for one pilar cyst removal! #drpimplepopper #pilarcyst #twins"
The video pans around his head to give everyone a good long look at the bump. It's so prominent, you can't miss it. The bump totally changes the profile view of his head, too. But, Dr. Pimple Popper is on the case and ready to get rid of everything causing the bump.

The dermatologist dives in with her scalpel, scissors, and tweezers. She roots around in the opening and emerges with one pilar cyst. (Tah dah!) Then, Dr. Pimple Popper goes back in for more. This hole isn't empty yet, and she pulls out another matching white blob with her tweezers.
"You've got a lumpy head," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient. Tbh I'm not quite sure what to make of that comment.
Her fans have plenty of questions, too. One asked, "Why is the area inflamed so big for the size of those Pilar cysts? Was there some oozing of fluid that we didn't say? I always love the head ones.
