Early-morning fire in Warner Robins leaves apartment building fully engulfed, officials say

The Warner Robins Police Department and the Warner Robins Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the Village North Apartments Friday morning, according to officials.

Officers said one of the complex’s apartment buildings, located at 135 Ignico Drive, was fully engulfed and spreading to the surrounding landscape when officials arrived.

The fire was suppressed and there were no injuries reported, according to police.

The circumstances surrounding the incident were still under investigation Friday. More information was expected to be released as it became available.

Police ID 2 victims in Scarborough 'gun battle'
Toronto police have identified two people killed in a shooting in Scarborough early Wednesday morning.
