Green Line back up and running after 2 hour shutdown

New map shows how Montreal's 68 Metro stations got their names

The Montreal Metro Green Line is up and running again after a service outage between Lionel-Groulx and Berri-UQAM stations.

The line went down at about 5 a.m. Wednesday morning and lasted for just over two hours.

The shutdown was caused by a water main break near the Place-Des-Arts Metro station.

The STM said water leaking into the metro system caused equipment problems.
