This gym wants you to burn calories by napping for 45 minutes

For anyone who’s hit snooze on your morning run alarm instead of lacing up, this “exercise” is the stuff of dreams!

UK-based David Lloyd Clubs is offering a 60-minute class called Napercise that aims to “reinvigorate the mind, improve moods and even burn the odd calorie” by doing nothing other than lifting your body onto a cushy mattress and curling up for a 45-minute nap.
