Hollyoaks teases Sienna Blake and Ethan Williams being caught out over plot

Hollyoaks' Sienna Blake and Ethan Williams are on the brink of being exposed and their plan failing after a new episode teased that they would be caught.
Previously, Sienna and Ethan have schemed against the Earl of Dean in order to get their hands on his fortune. Their plan even involved staging a break-up, while Sienna recently entrusted Ethan with a new task as part of the plot.
Their plan was also recently at risk of failing after the arrival of the Earl of Dean's suspicious sister Dilly Harcourt. Dilly blocked Sienna's attempts to get close to Rafe after she tried to integrate herself into the Earl's life.

However, in tonight's episode (August 14), Diane told Dilly that Sienna usually goes for "bad" men. This alerted Dilly's suspicions and she asked for more information.
Sienna tried to organise another date with Rafe but her plans were halted by the arrival of Dilly, who told her brother that he doesn’t know what kind of woman Sienna is. She told her brother a few details about Sienna’s past, including when Sienna “faked a pregnancy” and “had an affair with a woman trying to kill her boyfriend.”
Rafe was taken aback, but Sienna defended herself. Rafe left both women to take time to himself. Sienna then went to Ethan and told him that their plan was over thanks to Dilly.

But Ethan wasn’t ready to give up, telling his girlfriend that nothing is over until Rafe says it is. He told her to remember why they are doing this — for themselves and the twins. He demanded she fight harder to keep their plan intact.
So, Sienna dressed up and went to Rafe’s place. She explained to Rafe that she didn’t tell him about her past because she felt like he was "too good" for her.
Rafe was resistant, however, and asked how he knows everything isn’t a lie. Sienna promised him that he could trust her and that she is being honest with him. Sienna left after asking for one more chance, feeling happy with herself.
She went back to Ethan in the club in a celebratory mood, with the plan still intact. The couple shared an intimate moment and kissed before heading into the office to get even more intimate.
However, the snooping Dilly arrived and, unbeknown to the couple, caught them in the act, leaving the future of their plan — surely — in tatters.
