IceCaps on three-game winning streak

After struggling to win back-to-back games this season, the St. John's IceCaps are now on a three-game winning streak after shutting out the Albany Devils 1-0 on Friday night in Albany, New York.

Goaltender Eddie Pasquale made 24 saves in posting his second shutout in his last three starts for St. John's.

Meanwhile, Zach Redmond scored the game's only goal in the second period on the powerplay — which is also improving for the IceCaps.

The St. John's team travels next to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to play the Penguins Saturday night.

The IceCaps then return home for a pair of games against the Springfield Falcons at Mile One Centre next weekend.
