Tonight's (May 3) episode of I'm a Celebrity... South Africa saw viewers thoroughly entertained by Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney's first trial.

The episode picked up with the two EastEnders legends tackling the drinking challenge, which saw them forced to drink vile cocktails in order to win treats for their campmates. The drinks included blended crocodile toes, fish eyes and cow lips, which left Joe and Dean violently retching.

"I can’t believe I'm doing this for brie!" Joe complained as he drank blended kudu anus to win Myleene Klass the cheese.

Meanwhile, Dean vomited down himself after being presented with blended bovine genitals. "It's the smell, boys!" he cried.

Following Joe's failed attempt to down a concoction of sheep's brain and lungs, he and Dean ended the trial by spewing once more.

But it wasn't for nought: The pair were ultimately able to win several treats for the camp, securing tiny portions of cheese, chocolate and wine gums.

While host Ant summarised the trial as "possibly the most disgusting piece of television I've ever been involved in", viewers at home were left in hysterics and shared their amusement on social media.

"I don't know how Bafta works but I'm pretty sure Dean Gaffney projectile vomiting up a vagina and penis cocktail everywhere to try and win Janice [Dickinson] a £1 snack is absolutely worthy," one viewer tweeted.

While another simply added "speechless" alongside an image of Dean covered in sick.
