Meet Jake Paul's match.
The YouTuber, who now doubles as a boxer, is dating Jutta Leerdam, a world champion speed skater from the Netherlands who medaled in the 2022 Winter Olympic Games held in Beijing, China.
Paul, who rose to fame as a social media influencer alongside his brother Logan Paul, made his relationship with the athlete official in April 2023 when he posted alongside her on Instagram.
"I'm Dutch now," Paul captioned the photo, which featured him hand-in-hand with Leerdam in a carousel of photos. Since then, the couple hasn't shied away from posting each other on their social media accounts or speaking about their relationship in public.
Leerdam appeared on her boyfriend's sports podcast, BS w/ Jake Paul, to chat about her career, romance and more later that month. About one year later, Paul spoke on the podcast about his upcoming fight against Mike Tyson in a live special on Netflix in July 2024.

“My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion ever, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time,” Paul said about the anticipated match. “This will be the fight of a lifetime.”
Paul has Leederman's support in his boxing endeavors. "I’m so so proud of you. You have only been doing this sport for 3.5 years and make the biggest fights happen. You inspire me so much with your work ethic, the way you think big, and your crazy determination," she wrote in a tribute post on her Instagram.

She's a champion speed skater
Leederman is from the Netherlands, born on Dec. 30, 1998. She's racked up a number of titles since first stepping on the ice at 11 years old, an age the official Olympic website notes is considered "late by Dutch standards."
Prior to finding her love of speed skating, the 's-Gravenzande native played field hockey for eight years. "I enjoyed it, but I have never been a team player," Leerdam told Infrostada Sports. "The individual aspect of skating appeals to me."
The skating star specializes in sprint events and holds records in the 1000m.
Leerdam, who trains with both men and women to leverage her game, won her first major title at the 2017 World Junior Championships in Finland. She's clinched three world titles since then, is considered the reigning sprint European champion and is an Olympic medalist.

She's an Olympic silver medalist
Leerdam represented the Netherlands at the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China. She took home the silver medal in the 1000m, behind Japan's Takagi Miho who set an Olympic record in the women's speed skating event.
"I was pretty happy with the time. I thought it was going to be slower after that corner. It's my first Olympics, I was going for gold, but I'm happy with silver," Leerdam said after her event.
She's the daughter of a windsurfing enthusiast
Leerdam's dad, Ruud Leerdam, is a windsurfing fan and even named her after a German champion in the water sport!
“I got the name because my dad used to surf. There was a girl who won a lot and her name is Jutta Muller," Leerdam explained. "A lot of male surfers were impressed by her. She was blonde and my dad thought, 'If I have a blonde daughter, I will name her Jutta.'"
She has nearly 5 million followers on Instagram
Similar to her boyfriend, Leerdam has quite a following on Instagram with 4.3 million followers on the platform. Leerdam doubles as a model, often posting fashion-forward photos of herself repping various brands. Among them include Hugo Boss and Dior.

She says Jake Paul is "different" online than he is in person
Leerdam opened up about her relationship with Paul for the first time on his BS w/ Jake Paul podcast in April 2023. Within the first three minutes of the 46-minute video, she said he's "different" compared to how he appears on the internet.
"He's not an idiot in real life. He's just different in front of the cameras. You're just the sweetest guy ever and I want to expose you one day," she told Paul. "It's so different seeing you on video, your personality there online compared to everywhere else."
Paul replied: "I feel like I'm the same." Though Leerdam immediately shut his response down, saying, "No, no you are not. Definitely not."
Leerdam went on: "You're actually a little bit more introverted in real life. You're more chill. You're like sweet and genuine and more vulnerable and like emotionally open. I've never seen that in a guy. I've never seen a guy that's so open. It's actually manly that you can show your emotions and I think that's really beautiful."
