Japan to provide $2.8 billion in refugee aid over three years from 2016: Abe

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Japan will provide an additional $2.8 billion in humanitarian aid to help deal with the global refugee crisis over three years from 2016, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday.
