Japan, U.S., Philippines to form defence network against cyberattacks, Nikkei says

TOKYO (Reuters) - Leaders from Japan, the U.S. and the Philippines are set to agree on forming a defence network against cyberattacks by sharing information and expertise when they meet for a summit on April 11, the Nikkei business daily said on Wednesday.
