Jeremy Hunt and family leave 11 Downing Street as Labour celebrate landslide victory

Jeremy Hunt and his family have been seen exiting 11 Downing Street after a Conservative election defeat, with the party losing over 240 seats.

Mr Hunt was joined by his wife, Lucia, their three children, and his dog, as they made their way to a waiting car, and left the street known as his official residence since 2022.

However, he has won his seat in Godalming, Surrey, by just 900 votes, which saw him weep with relief after it was predicted he’d become the first chancellor to lose it.
