That’s why we’re so excited to invite you to our new, groundbreaking virtual series, Checking In: six free events held over two weeks with the aim of helping you take better care of yourself, your loved ones, and your community. 

Hosted by SELF editor in chief Carolyn Kylstra and in partnership with our friends at Allure and GQ, Checking In will include panels, workshops, and activities featuring some of our favorite wellness experts and thought leaders, all aimed at giving you the tools you need during this uniquely stressful time.
