Here’s what we know about the three-car crash that slowed July 4 traffic near Ocean Lakes

A three-vehicle collision outside of Ocean Lakes Family Campground left a truck overturned and traffic stalled between Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach.

Footage taken by The Sun News staff shows a white pickup truck flipped between a minivan and an SUV near the Coral Drive entrance of the campground neighborhood.

Horry County Police and Horry County Fire and Rescue responded to the scene. The road has since been cleared and holiday traffic resumed as usual.

Horry County authorities didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment about arrests or injuries but a spokesperson for Horry County Fire and Rescue described the incident as relatively moderate.
