Kourtney Kardashian Barker is opening up about the challenges that come with having an infant son and six older children.

On this week's episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme co-founder, 48, chats with her long-time friend Erin Paxton about the stress she feels when it comes to balancing all seven kids between her and husband Travis Barker. The couple welcomed their son Rocky Thirteen in November 2023 and Kardashian Barker is also a mom to Mason, Penelope and Reign, who she shares with ex Scott Disick. Barker is additionally a dad to Atiana, Landon and Alabama.

"I have kids all different age ranges — preteen, teenage, adults, an infant. So I really try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids," Kardashian Barker says during a confessional.

"I don’t want to miss anything. It’s like a feeling of being pulled in different directions, like wanting to be everything to everyone."

Back in the scene, the mom of four tells Paxton that she's now "feeling the guilt of all the kids," adding that she's now a mom to "four plus three bonus."

"And yesterday the guilt really hit where I was like, ‘Okay I have to do more with the other kids.’ So I don’t know how I’m balancing it yet," she admits.

In her confessional, Kardashian Barker explains that her time spent with her baby son Rocky feels "rare," making it harder to leave the house. "It feels like a rare time when you have an infant and I just love this time at home. And when Travis committed to this tour, I wasn’t pregnant yet. I think the reason for going would be to keep our family together. It just feels like, am I ready?"

The Kardashians star previously revealed that she decided not to leave her house for 40 days after giving birth to Rocky while speaking with sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian in last week's episode.

"Can you believe you are a mom of four?" Kim asked Kardashian Barker, who replied, "Yeah, mom of four."

"Sometimes, I'm like damn, I wish I could do it all over. The one thing I would do is be so strict from the start," Kim said, referring to her parenting her kids.

"I'm doing, like, where you stay home for 40 days," Kardashian Barker said. "You're staying home for 40 days and 40 nights?" Khloé asked Kourtney, surprised.

In a confessional, Kardashian Barker explained that she's staying home for a while so she can let her body heal.

"In many different cultures, women don't leave the house after having a baby for 40 days, to let your body have that time to heal and beyond that," Kardashian Barker said. "I'm really into attachment parenting. I really don't separate from him. I love being at home right now, like my time is dedicated to taking care of my baby and bonding with him."

New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu.
