Are liquor stores open on the Fourth of July?

Yes, liquor stores in Texas are open on Independence Day.

The only time liquor stores are closed in Texas is on Sundays, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, per Texas law. Most liquor stores will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Are grocery stores open on the Fourth of July?

  • Kroger: 6 a.m.-1 a.m.
