‘Love Is Blind’ Takes Over Nielsen Streaming Charts; ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Soars To No. 5 After Landing On Netflix
Love Is Blind eclipsed Avatar: The Last Airbender to take No. 1 on the Nielsen streaming charts as Season 6 of the reality dating series started to heat up.
From February 19 to 25, Love Is Blind tallied 2.1B viewing minutes, which was slightly down from the week prior but enough to claim the top spot. This coincided with the release of the second batch of episodes in Season 6, which dropped on Netflix on February 21.

Meanwhile The Last Airbender saw a bit more of a dramatic drop in viewership versus its first week on the platform. The eight-episode series still tallied an impressive 1.9B viewing minutes, though.
This kind of dip in viewership is to be expected, since all eight episodes were released at once. Audiences tend to binge quickly and move on, rather than space out their viewing — unless they’re forced to with a staggered release schedule, like with Love Is Blind.
Pretty much the entire rest of Nielsen’s Top 10 this week was flooded with the usual staple programs like Bluey, Young Sheldon, Grey’s Anatomy and Suits. The USA Network procedural has been creeping back into the charts after dropping off for a while.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is the latest beloved series to get the Netflix treatment, shooting onto the list at No. 5 with 847M minutes viewed now that four seasons of the series are available on the streamer.
