MAFS star Olivia Frazer celebrates life in emotional mental health post

Married at First Sight Australia star Olivia Frazer has shared an emotional mental health post in celebration of life.

The star took part in the reality series in 2022, and shared an Instagram clip last week that touched upon going through a tough time.

Posting the montage of happy moments, Olivia wrote over the clip: "POV: you survived so you live life the best that you can."

In the comments, the star shared her gratitude, writing: "I’m so grateful that I stayed for this beautiful little life. I’m so grateful for the people that I love who make my life beautiful.

"Please, for anyone that may be struggling, remember it gets better. No matter how bad it is, there is another side of whatever you’re going through. Trust me, I’ve been there. Call @lifelineaustralia 13 11 14 if you need a little bit of help xxx."

Last year, Olivia opened up about being "scammed" after moving to Scotland to be with a partner who she thought was the man of her dreams, only to discover that he already had a girlfriend.

"I feel like I've been completely scammed and made a fool out of," she told The Wash Online. "We spoke almost every day, he told me he wanted me to meet his son once I got to Scotland and made me feel so wanted – but it was all lies."

Olivia revealed that she learned the truth from a stranger in the pub, adding: "I had no idea what to do, or what I'd done wrong and then a lady in a pub approached me and asked if I was still seeing him.

"She said, 'Don't. He has a girlfriend. Has had a girlfriend the whole time. You can do better pet.'"

Olivia nevertheless expressed pride at herself for "being vulnerable and open to finding love again," adding: "I know next time I meet someone not to be so blinded by how much I want it to work."

The star later revealed how the situation led to her getting much coveted tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.
