Man accused in bloody attack seeks bail
A 23-year-old man accused of an attack in western Labrador may find out Tuesday whether he will get bail.
Thomas Nason is accused of stabbing a 34-year-old man outside an apartment building on Cavendish Crescent in Labrador City on Jan. 10.
The victim left a trail of blood in a stairwell before being found and taken to hospital.
Nason has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and breaking a probation order.
His bail hearing began Monday.
Nason has been in custody since last Thursday.
