Maryland leaders look to address criminal use of AI

Artificial intelligence is once again taking center stage as legal concerns grow around the rapidly evolving technology. After an athletic director allegedly used AI to implicate the principal at Pikesville High School, Maryland leaders are making the topic a priority. "There is so much technology now that has advanced our society, and yet for every good that it has done, there is somebody out there ready to take that technology and do evil. That's what we need to stay ahead of," Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger said.
