Mia Deakin, 'Real Housewife' Jody Claman's daughter injured in Vancouver drive-by shooting: reports

Mia Deakin, the daughter of "Real Housewives In Vancouver" star Jody Claman was one of two people injured in a drive-by shooting at an East Vancouver gas station on East Hastings Street, according to media reports.

Deakin was rushed to Vancouver General Hospital, Global News reported, where she is being treated for two gunshot wounds to her back, the Vancouver Sun reports.

Police have released few details about the incident, except to confirm that a 28-year-old woman and 27-year-old man were injured in the incident.

Fellow "Real Housewives" stars took to Twitter to voice their concerns.

Police said they believed that the 7 p.m. shooting at a Chevron gas station on Hastings near Vernon Drive was targeted.

The man, who is known to police, was treated for minor injuries to his hand, and was arrested on discharge from hospital on outstanding warrants, police said.

Bystanders ducked for cover after a gunman, leaning out the window of a passing SUV, opened fire on the unsuspecting couple at the gas station.

Witnesses reported hearing about ten shots.

No suspects have been arrested in the case, and police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
