President Joe Biden grabs late night bite at Atlanta Waffle House following debate

President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden were spotted at a Waffle House in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday night.

The Bidens went to a location after the highly anticipated presidential debate. Local news captured the couple entering the Waffle House with a crowd waiting outside. It's not clear what he ordered at the late-night restaurant.

According to a clip posted by MSNBC, a reporter asked Biden about his performance against former President Donald Trump. Biden's age has been a focal point for the upcoming election, and experts have argued that Trump had more stamina than him.

Thomas Whalen, a presidential historian and professor at Boston University, told USA TODAY that Biden, 81, was  “looking his age,” while Trump, 78, was “more controlled and sticking to his talking points.”
