Prince William and Kate receive 'Team Cambridge' jerseys on royal tour stop in Kelowna

We've seen them participate in many sports before, but today the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, were mere spectators as they relived their student days on the fourth day of their royal tour of Canada.

The royal couple paid a visit to the Okanagan Campus of the University of British Columbia, where they were met with rapturous cheers and applause by fans who had gathered with signs in honour of their arrival.

Kate, 34, looked as stylish as ever for the occasion in a bespoke emerald green Dolce & Gabbana dress. The Duchess completed the look with an L.K. Bennett nude clutch bag and heels, wearing her glossy locks in her signature bouncy blow dry. Meanwhile William looked smart in a navy blazer and white shirt paired with tan chinos.

William and Kate's visit continued with a demonstration from UBC Kelowna's nationally ranked women's volleyball team. The royal couple became honorary team members by being presented with "Team Cambridge" jerseys by the athletes, much to their delight.

William and Kate spent 45 minutes exploring the campus, listening to speeches and talking to members of the public before going on to their next engagement.
