Ratings: Fox Scores With Another Winning ‘Thursday Night Football’ Game
Why couldn’t NBC and CBS get these “Thursday Night Football” games back when they had the rights? Fox won another Thursday primetime with another really good NFL game.
Due to the nature of live sports, the fast-national ratings in this story for Fox are subject to significant adjustment when the time zones are worked out. However, in the markets metered by Nielsen, last night’s Seattle Seahawks victory over the Green Bay Packers was up 27 percent from 2017’s comparable Week 11 contest.
With the Latin Grammys, Univision finished fourth among adults 18-49, topping NBC.

Fox was first in ratings with a 3.3 rating/13 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 11.7 million, according to preliminary numbers. That was all Packers-Seahawks.
CBS was second in ratings with a 1.3/5 and in viewers with 7.9 million. “The Big Bang Theory” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.3/10 and 12.4 million viewers. “Young Sheldon” at 8:30 put up a 1.8/7 and 10.7 million viewers. At 9, “Mom” landed a 1.3/5 and 7.9 million viewers. At 9:30, “Murphy Brown” received a 0.9/3 and 5.9 million viewers. “S.W.A.T.” at 10 got a 0.8/3 and 5.1 million viewers.
ABC was third in ratings with a 1.2/5 and in viewers with 5.4 million. “Grey’s Anatomy” at 8 posted a 1.7/7 and 7.3 million viewers. “Station 19” at 9 had a 1.2/5 and 5.9 million viewers. At 10, “How to Get Away With Murder” closed primetime with a 0.8/3 and 3.2 million viewers.

Univision was fourth in ratings with a 0.9/4 and fifth in viewers with 2.6 million. Those were the Latin Grammy averages.
NBC was fifth in ratings with a 0.8/3 and fourth in viewers with 3.1 million. “Superstore” at 8 had a 0.9/4 and 3.3 million viewers. “The Good Place” at 8:30 got a 0.8/3 and 2.7 million viewers. At 9, “Will & Grace” received a 0.7/3 and 2.9 million viewers. “I Feel Bad” at 9:30 settled for a 0.5/2 and 1.9 million viewers. “Law & Order: SVU” at 10 finished the day part to a 0.8/3 and 4 million viewers.
The CW and Telemundo tied for sixth in ratings, both with a 0.4. Telemundo had a 2 share, CW got a 1. The CW was sixth in total viewers with 1.3 million, Telemudo was seventh with 1.2 million.
For CW, “Supernatural” at 8 had a 0.4/2 and 1.4 million viewers. At 9, “Legacies” managed a 0.3/1 and 1.1 million viewers.
