“Riverdale” Star Madelaine Petsch and Boyfriend Travis Mills Have Reportedly Broken Up

Travis Mills confirmed his breakup with Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch in a lengthy Instagram post on February 20.
Sharing a picture of the two as a couple, Travis wrote that he won't be deleting any photos of he and Madelaine together, because he has "no regrets" about their relationship. "While it pains me our journey has come to a close, I mean it when I say I’m so incredibly grateful to have shared the last 3 years with someone as compassionate, smart & wonderful as Madelaine," Travis wrote on Instagram. "The personal growth made possible by our time together I wouldn’t trade for anything."
He continued, elaborating on the idea that images on Instagram aren't necessarily real-life portrayals of what a relationship or being a human is like. "Red carpets, parties, photoshoots, TV etc create this alternate reality where we are one-dimensional people, free of real world challenges, kicking our feet up, waiting for the next big job. I wish our lives really looked like a google image search of our names," he wrote. "In reality we're ambitious & hard-working individuals, dealing with rejection, in different states/countries, wondering what the next best move is, trying to see friends/family, take care of our dogs, answering an ocean of e-mails, balancing REAL LIFE & doing it all while being separated by it." "There’s a ton of privilege being able to do what we do, but there’s a mountain of challenges," he concluded. "That said we were in it together. It challenged me, kept me honest, made me more compassionate, and helped me do some very necessary growing up. The highest highs were made better, the lowest lows were livable, because of her. I’ve learned so much about myself & life from that unconditional love and support. While I’m holding back tears I’m excited to see what you do next. I’ll always have your back."

Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch and her boyfriend, musician Travis Mills, have reportedly broken up after three years of dating. Although Madelaine and Travis have not publicly confirmed news, multiple “sources” reportedly told Us Weekly that the two have split.
Us Weekly’s sources allege that Madelaine has already “moved her stuff out of his Los Angeles place.” Sources with E! News also reportedly confirmed the breakup; Us Weekly notes that speculation about the status of the relationship began after Madelaine attended numerous Oscars after-parties without Travis.
Additionally, E! pointed out the pair have posted less about one another on social media. Of course, the decision to keep their relationship out of the public eye remains entirely up to them, and Madelaine previously addressed a desire to lessen the frequency of relationship-related posts, telling Nylon in August 2019, “I used to share a lot about [my relationship Travis Mills] online, and now that I don’t, people just assume we’re no longer together. But in reality, I realize that it’s so much more special and safe if I don’t share a lot of it.”
For now, the reported breakup remains just speculation. While many might be eager to know what’s happening, it’s important for fans to understand that the decision to address a reported split comes down to the pair. For now, Madelaine has been sharing sneak peeks of Riverdale filming on her Instagram Story, while Travis recently shared a photograph with the musician Anitta.
